About this machine
1 – RECONDITIONED Sharples model PM75000 Super-D-Canter Centrifuge. Stainless steel. Maximum bowl speed: 2600 RPM. With 10 degree taper beach. Hogged out solid discharge ports, adjustable liquid discharge ports, 10 in. single lead conveyor with carbide tiles on the taper & first 2 ½ flights of the cylindrical section, stellite hard surfacing on the remaining Quasi-Axial flights. A reconditioned 95:1 gearbox shall be supplied. A 150 Horsepower (HP) motor will drive the bowl and a 40 HP VFD motor will control the back drive conveyor speed. The controls will be new & mounted in a Nema dust tight, water tight enclosure. The frame and upper casing will be cleaned & painted. The oil lubrication system for lubricating the pillow blocks will be reconditioned. The unit is set up for polymer feed with a two piece feed tube. The centrifuge & motors will include belts, vibration isolators, vibration switch, and couplings shall also be supplied new. A six month warranty is included. Unit has been reconditioned and is ready to ship. F.O.B. – LOCATION.
