Centrifuge World provides a full range of service offerings to enhance the performance of your Tema decanter and basket centrifuges. Work is carried out at our service centers in Houston, Texas and the Chicago, Illinois area, where our qualified service engineers evaluate each machine and build the right plan to repair or rebuild it.
Inspection comes first. We schedule a pickup, dispatch a truck to your location, and bring the centrifuge to our shop for comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT). You then receive a written report with condition findings, recommended services, and a required-parts list, along with a firm quote before any repair work begins.
For Tema rotating equipment that needs repair, our scope includes standard maintenance, welding of mechanical, chemical, and erosion damage, refitting wear parts such as O-rings and gaskets, replacing worn or damaged items, engineered upgrades, and static or dynamic balancing followed by a documented test run.
