NEW PICTURES BY END OF 1-4-2012

Well, we hit the ten year milestone for the annual Christmas note – mailed from Las Vegas New Years Eve, 2011. This will be over 25 plus years of celebrating and bringing in the New Year in Vegas, and our crowd is holding in size and growing again, except our dear friends Andy & Kristie Lang – our host for 25 years plus went and retired to Hope, Arkansas (President Clinton country). We all wish them all best and hope to see them both next year. Pat, Jeannette, Kim and I had many toasts at the Orleans New Year’s Eve party with the Edmonton gang.

TJ & Dawson had another great year with Flottweg Separation Technology & Centrifuges Unlimited provided first class support, product and services to make TJ & Dawson my best year in business and provide the best support possible to meet our valued customers and friends’ high expectations.

Champagne ~ my Hunter 456 sailboat is doing well and is ship shape, just wish Kim would work more overtime to support my habit! We sailed her many weekends to Avalon Harbor in Catalina and Dana Point. We took a longer trip to San Diego in May for my Birthday (old age sucks).

Los Primos – what a run it was for the 44 foot marine Trader, Maureen & Chuck Peltzer were my meal ticket to Avalon for a mooring for many many years – thanks so much for your hospitality! But she was sold to Sally & George – so Los Primos is still in the family you could say and we hooked up in Long Beach Harbor and Avalon numerous summer weekends. Let’s not forget Robert’s 92 year old birthday party blast!

Thanksgiving for a thirty year tradition on Catalina Island occurred on schedule cooking a seventeen pound bird for George & Sally Sue. Kim came over to Avalon for the rest of the weekend. We had 75-80 degree weather – definitely was champagne and Margaretville

We had our annual parties for the 103 year Newport Parade of Lights on Champagne with our fellow friends and guests from out of town, Jon & Sandy, Ashley and some new folks too. Yes Mr. Lewis – I will work on my personality for next year.
Christmas Eve was celebrated at Kim’s daughter & new Husband’s home in Pacific Beach with all the Hysni family including her daughters, Blake, Britt & Tiele, along with the guys, Chris & TJ, and the new Pooch – Dixie. Christmas dinner was at Kim’s house with her family (Kim, can I have gravy next year?) Heh Britt –Does Dennis really exist after two years MIA…..

Kim, you said we sit home too much, how about visits to Seattle, Oakland, Sacramento & Vegas & many weeks yachting up and down the California coast line – oh and the Commodores Ball, Pomona Winter National Drags, Superbowl party in YUBA City….

Again, I owe a very special thanks to my sister Marcia for all the help she has given to MY MOM again - Thanks Marcia. Talking about family my Nephew JP & Karin had their first baby girl – Jane in November. Marcia went down to see her for a brief visit after Christmas
.
Scott thanks for the effortless “butler” service at both parade of light parties.
